Spring Fire! is a sneak peek at the work of our 2009 Resident Playwrights: Ayanna Maia, Derek Lee McPhatter, and Patricia Ione Lloyd.

At 730pm, following the performances will be a catered benefit party at the nearby veg soul food restaurant: Red Bamboo (271 Adelphi Street). Daughter/father duo Chaney Sims and Bill Sims, Jr will perform an acoustic set exploring Blues and American roots music. DJ Ang will be on the 1s and 2s spinning hip hop and classic soul and MCs YaliniDream* and RJ Maccani will keep it going!
